This includes ingredients, where we are located, how to order, dispenser info, payment info and more (we no longer offer Paypal due to increased costs due to fraudulent activity on the platform to scam businesses)

We are available from 10am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, and with our families the rest of the time :)

If you are reaching out about an order you have made, please provide us with your order number (it will be on your order confirmation email!). This will speed up the support process greatly!! 

We prioritise order support and customer care over review emails, please expect a response within 24 hours for all urgent enquiries. We will take a little longer to respond to general enquiries.

We do not work with influencers/content creators, so we are unable to respond to your pitch, as our team is for our community support. 

We are currently at capacity for giving away free product/samples with our focus on directly helping women in vulnerable positions and DV clinics.
