💗 I have never used oil on my vulva before, will it affect my pH?

You are in for a treat! We have many customers who have been new to "skincare for down there", who have found pain relief and improved structure of tissues after using Divine. Many of whom have found it effective during a painful thrush outbreak, to soothe the sore tissues whilst healing takes place. 

Since oils are not aqueous solutions, they lack a pH value. The amount of hydrogen ions in an aqueous solution determines the pH value. Oils are made up of long-chain fatty acids and are insoluble in water. Hence, they lack a pH value and cannot be classified as acidic or basic. Since oils lack pH, they are considered neutral and have no effect on the pH balance of the skin or other surfaces with which they come into contact.

Some oils, such as those with a high content of linoleic acid, may help to maintain the skin's natural pH balance, which is what Divine was created with.

🌸 Sacred was created by a survivor, for survivors. Australia’s 1st sexual assault recovery oil, Sacred was created in the kitchen at 14 years old. Crafted with gentle, botanical ingredients to help soothe and protect injuries, assist with scar tissue, provide a sting free bathroom experience, and targeting swelling and inflammation after trauma. Sacred is a thicker blend, and best used during recovery resting at home. This is specifically for recent sexual violence, or after a vaginal birth.

🌸 Divine, Sacred’s sister blend, was born for your every day use: easing swelling, dryness, itching, or irritation that comes with postpartum recovery, menopause, or helping to soothe the painful LS flares. Divine is a lighter blend and more suitable for wearing during daily activities.

💗 Pump or Glass dropper dispenser?

Pump is best suited for those who are on medications that cause you to have the shakes - it is a simple pump method, and dispenses a larger amount of product than the glass. To control a smaller amount, simply apply pressure to the pump slowly, this will give you individual drops. Also best suited for those wishing to use during intimacy, as there will be no fiddling to open up the bottle to apply. 

The glass dropper is for those who don't mind twisting and unscrewing the dropper. The glass dropper dispenses a very precise amount of product - if you are one of our community who only require 1-2 drops, this would be my pick for you. If you do not like physically touching your vulva and bottom, the dropper can be helpful for "dropping" the oil to the area, without needing to touch yourself.

💗 Is Divine and Sacred for internal or external?

Both! If you browse our reviews, you will see just how versatile these recipes are, and that our community are using for a very wide range of internal and external discomforts. 

💗 Can my child use these products?

On each product page, there will be a section called FAQ. We offer a Divine for the family which is the same award winning recipe, with labelling that is age appropriate. 

💗 Where do I find the sign up discount?

When you first visit our website, a pop up box will appear. Simply enter your email address and hit enter. The code will appear on screen, and be emailed straight to you. If you have already closed it, try closing the tab and reopening our website, or refreshing the screen. 

💗 I am a repeat customer, where are your subscriptions?

Our subscriptions offer a 2 month bottle delivered to you with a 10% off discount, or a 3 month bottle with a 5% discount. These are not on our website and are privately created for those wanting a subscription. Just reach out and one of our team members will help you out. 

💗 What are the ingredients? How do I use? What is it for?

Each product has different ingredients, instructions, and intended uses. Simply go to our home page, and browse the tab in our menu (vulva, face, body etc). Once you choose an option, it will open up a page with the products created for that area. Once you have chosen the product, you will see on each individual product page the ingredients, instructions on how to use, and what it is designed for.
Every first time order with Divine or Sacred will receive detailed instructions on how to use. 

💗 My dog has an irritated vulva, can I use Divine or Sacred on her?

Yes, we have many in our community who are using these products on their animals. We use Divine to help our rescued farm animals scratches and insect bites heal up without secondary infection. Be aware though, dogs LOVE the taste of Divine, so you will need to monitor them while the formula soaks in. 

💗 I am taking cortisone creams for LS, can I swap with Divine?

Absolutely not - please stick with your prescribed treatments by your health care provider. We are NOT a replacement for medical treatment, and we do not claim to cure or "fix" any health conditions. We are a tool to complement your current treatments, and Divine is safe to use in conjunction with other treatments. Please check with your health care provider if you are unsure about combining products. 

💗 What happens if my body doesn't like your products?

As much as we are proud of our 97% success rate, it is impossible to have a solution that suits every single human in our world. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on the product - please note that shipping will not be refunded. 

💗 Where are you located and shipping from?

We are located in the stunning area of Jervis Bay, Australia. JB is around 2.5 hrs south of Sydney, depending on the suburb. All orders are shipped direct from here, we are an all Australian business.

💗 I live in Jervis Bay, can I pick up my order?

As we have relocated our warehouse to our isolated farm, we are no longer offering click and collect. Once we have put in the infrastructure and required biohazard management to our property, to safely welcome the public onto our rescue farm. 

Unfortunately, due to the rising fuel prices, we have had to cease our free local delivery.
We will continue to monitor the situation, and when things are more sustainable, we will recommence this local service. 

💗 Where do you source your ingredients from? Do you use any oils from China?

We do not source any of our ingredients from China. We grow the herbs ourselves, and have Australia's leading supplier of certified organic oils as our trusted source for our ingredients. We purchase these monthly, and all our ingredients and products are stored in an air conditioned space, to ensure the freshest ingredients possible, vs storing large volumes long term.

💗 Where can I buy in person?

Elshka is 100% online.

When we first launched in January 2024, Elshka very quickly took off, and has continued to grow at an extremely fast rate.

As of March 2026, we work full time as a small, dedicated team focused on meeting the daily demand.

We have not put any time into trade fairs to meet wholesalers, but are in discussion with several gynaecologists to be stocked at their clinics. 

💗 I would love to work in the Elshka team!  Do you have any positions?

At present, we have a full team and no current positions available. We have a policy of only hiring women (sorry to the men!) who are over the age of 35, and as we are located rurally, you will need a reliable car to get to the warehouse. 

💗 Why aren't there actual crystals in the products?

Due to the nature of Gemstone toxicity, after decades of playing with crystals I knew that the safest form of using crystals and liquids, is via secondary infusion. 

Amazonite is a beautiful crystal we use every day here at Elshka, however, it contains lead! Infusing these crystals in oils for 30+ days isn't a good idea, regardless of the current trends and fads. 

Secondary infusion is a safe way to infuse each particular crystals unique healing vibrational frequency into the liquid or product, without risking anything being added to the formulas that may cause harm.

We are always on the look out for empowered women looking to collaborate on a shoot! We only create campaigns around customers or women who do not model, in order to celebrate the beauty of women who are ignored by the media. 

Our minimum age requirement is 35 years old, little to no makeup on the shoot day, and confident with being photographed outdoors, sometimes in under wear.
