Shipping Policy

All orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday, as much as it is possible to do so, will be dispatched that day.

Before we dispatch your order, we will personally inspect your potions and carefully encase them in protective wrap after a spritz of our Oasis Smudge, to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.

Your order will be sent via Fedex or Australia Post, with email and SMS notifications to keep you updated with where your potions are.

Delivery times will depend on your selected delivery option.

Any international customers are responsible for any custom and import duties.  

If we're unable to fulfil your order, you will hear from us over the phone. In the event you're unable to be reached by phone, we will email you, to discuss a refund and cancellation of your order. 

Returns Policy

Nothing is perfect, but your potions should be!
If you receive a product you believe is damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days of opening  hello@elshka.com.au your order number, and we will be in touch to arrange a solution.

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, where a problem with the Products is due to your misuse, failure to comply with manufacturers and our instructions, where you fail to take reasonable care, or where you fail to provide us with adequate information. 

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you have opened your parcel and discovered a damaged or faulty product, please email us within 14 days of opening your parcel at hello@elshka.com.au with your order details and photos.

The item must be returned to us to be then assessed to confirm any damage to the item, or if it is a manufacturing fault. Shipping for returns will be at your own expense. If item is then recognised as faulty or damaged it will incur a full refund.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Purchased through stockists

If you have purchased through a stockist, you will need to contact them directly.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Except as required by law, we do not warrant the quality of the Products or warrant that they will meet your expectations.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, where a problem with the Products is due to your misuse, failure to comply with manufacturers and our instructions, where you fail to take reasonable care, or where you fail to provide us with adequate information. 

If we need to cancel your order, we will provide a refund.

Except as required by law, all sales for our Products are non-transferable and non-refundable. On occasion we may cancel an order for a Product where we are unable to fulfil it. In these or similar circumstances where we have to cancel an order, we will provide you with a full refund.

In some instances, where we cannot fulfil part of your order, we will call you and ask if you would like a replacement or substitution product or refund. We have the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order for our Products, including, but not limited to, where an order appears to be by resellers or distributors without permission. We do not provide refunds except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
