- All orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday, as much as it is possible to do so, will be dispatched that day.
- Before we dispatch your order, we will personally inspect your potions and carefully encase them in compostable bubble wrap, after a spritz of our Oasis Smudge, to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.
- Your order will be sent via Fedex or Australia Post, with email and SMS notifications to keep you updated with where your potions are.
- Delivery times will depend on your selected delivery option.
- Any international customers are responsible for any custom and import duties.
- If we're unable to fulfil your order, you will hear from us over the phone. In the event you're unable to be reached by phone, we will email you, to discuss a refund and cancellation of your order.
