  • Can I use Oasis Smudge during pregnancy and breastfeeding? Oasis Smudge contains small amounts of sage essential oil, which is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. An alternative would be using our Banish Mist instead, or burning Palo Santo. 
  • Can my child use Oasis Smudge? Elshka recommends avoiding the use of essential oils, on and around, children under the age of 7. Remember to always have windows open, to allow fresh air to circulate and stagnant energy to leave.
