I went into menopause after a radical hysterectomy due to medical reasons. I was not told the extent of the discomfort, dryness, pain and misery I would be experiencing in my vaginal area. A must in my daily routine, morning and night. It sooths and relieves that dry, uncomfortable itchy skin post menopause. I started using it every time after I went to the loo, now I find I only need it after my shower and before bed. I'm on HRT which has helped enormously, but this helps in between, by providing immediate relief when I feel dry or itchy. Highly recommend. I've been using this for about 1.5 years now. What an amazing product! The itch disappears immediately and any tears etc heal much quicker than when I use the cortisone cream. Yes I have lichen sclerosis 😢 formally diagnosed 4 years ago. Have had a couple of biopsies (one under anisthetic) The only thing that helps.
