White Sage

Lovingly handcrafted, this Californian white sage has been sustainably harvested in full compliance with CA PC384(a), ensuring the preservation of this sacred tradition for generations to come. 

To use, simply ignite the smudging stick and gently blow on the glowing embers to release the cleansing and purifying smoke. If using over carpets, please hold a dish underneath to capture and embers.

Carrying in your left hand, move the stick in an anti clockwise manner, and say out loud " negativity out, positivity in".

Move through your home and space, focusing on corners and hidden areas like under beds, and cupboards. When smudging a loved one, maintain a safe distance, moving from their feet all the way to their head, repeating the above mantra.
