To use, simply ignite the smudging stick and gently blow on the glowing embers to release the cleansing and purifying smoke. If using over carpets, please hold a dish underneath to capture and embers.
Carrying in your left hand, move the stick in an anti clockwise manner, and say out loud " negativity out, positivity in".
Move through your home and space, focusing on corners and hidden areas like under beds, and cupboards. When smudging a loved one, maintain a safe distance, moving from their feet all the way to their head, repeating the above mantra.
