Known as the “stone of balance and vitality,” jade has long been used to calm the mind and promote circulation. Its cooling, smooth surface glides effortlessly over the skin, helping to release tension and encourage a healthy glow.
Using a gua sha isn’t about perfection — it’s about ritual. Each stroke supports lymphatic flow, reduces puffiness, and eases muscle tightness in the face, neck, and body. Over time, this gentle massage helps your skin appear more lifted, soothed, and radiant.
Our jade tools are hand-shaped and polished, making each piece unique. Keep it close, treat it as part of your daily self-care, and allow its grounding energy to remind you to slow down and reconnect with your body.
How to Use Your Gua Sha
-
Start with clean skin and apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil or serum for smooth glide.
-
Hold the gua sha at a 15–30° angle (almost flat against the skin).
-
Begin at the neck, sweeping upward toward the jawline with light to medium pressure.
-
Move to the jaw and cheeks, gliding from the centre of the face out toward the ears.
-
Around the eyes, use the curved edge and very gentle strokes from the inner corner outwards.
-
For the forehead, sweep from brows upward toward the hairline.
-
Repeat each movement 5–10 times, breathing slowly as you go.
-
Finish by pressing the gua sha flat against the skin for a cooling, grounding moment.
-
Rinse with warm water, dry gently, and store somewhere safe - in summer I like to keep mine in the fridge!
