Scoop out desired amount before bathing to prepare.
Once wet, beginning with a small handful, evenly spread all over your body, using gentle circular motions.
Let the exfoliants do the work for you, before thoroughly rinsing off. Be mindful of slippery surfaces after using. Seal bag after use, prepare away from water.

- Is this as coarse as a salt scrub? No, Nurture is much softer, thanks to the blend of magnesium sulphate and coconut sugar, instead of mixed blends of salts.
- Can my child use this? The Nurture scrub is suitable for all ages and genders. Please check your child for any broken skin or cuts before using the scrubs, and use a very small amount, no more than once a week under supervision.
