How to use

Gently pat or drop directly over areas needing soothing. Can be stored in the fridge for extra relief. Reapply as required, and after using the bathroom.

Born from lived experience, Sacred was crafted in the kitchen 20 years ago out of necessity - a blend created by a 14yo girl navigating the silent pain of the ongoing injuries sustained from sexual abuse and violence. 

Sacred was created for the physical wounds no one talks about after sexual assault: the burning, the tearing, the pain when trying to urinate, the fear of wiping, the swollen skin, the rawness that makes everyday life feel unbearable.

Rich in anti microbial and anti fungal counterparts, Sacred is a hydrating and anti-inflammatory formula that assists with swelling, preventing secondary infection whilst supporting recovery, and tissue regeneration. The anti inflammatory properties of Sacred help to reduce swelling and provide pain relief to bruised and swollen areas, gentle enough for over broken skin.

This blend is also helpful for those recovering from childbirth, and is a great option for helping with bathroom visits after birth. 

Rose Quartz, Black Kyanite, and Unakite provide auric protection, cord cutting, and self love to assist the healing journey.

Apply liberally for an intense treatment and as often as required for more severe trauma. Store in the fridge for an enhanced pain relief.

“The original Elshka potion, created when I was 14 years old and hiding my injuries while participating in school. Sacred holds a special place in my heart, she has supported and healed me through some incredibly difficult physical traumas in my life, without causing stinging or further discomfort as I attempted to recover and heal myself in private. Apply as needed after using the bathroom, or soak a muslin cloth and sit on that. I recommend menstrual underwear, and Wotnot baby wipes for the bathroom. Sacred provides the best pain relief when chilled, depending on your needs. Do not rub in, allow your body to absorb naturally.”
