How to use

Massage onto sore spots, such as over the lower abdomen for cramping, aching breasts, or during back cramps.

When cramping, apply before using a hot water bottle to soothe the abdomen.

During times of PMS symptoms, apply after bathing and before bed.

Avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to open wounds.

  • Can my child use this? Restore is not appropriate for children, due to the essential oils it contains, that have been diluted to an adults dose.
  • Can my teen use this? Yes, always patch test first!
  • Can I use this during pregnancy and breastfeeding? No, Restore is not safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. We suggest avoiding the use of essential oils, on and around children under 7 years old. Hydrosols are a safer option.
